Our story
Metro Cafe began in 2014 when three friends came home with a roaster, a sitar and their grandmothers' recipes. Today, we work with 38 farmers and serve every plate slowly, loudly, together.
Featured ritual
A clean, floral cup grown at altitude in the Ilam hills. Hand-poured at your table and served with wild honey.
